Important: depending on your installation, consider choosing the side through which the pellet tank will be loaded. This loading is done through a hatch located on the top of the device. The advantages of OH12 pellet fireplace inserts:

Hot air diffusion by centrifugal radial fan - For maximum efficiency in spreading hot air in the room, the fan is of the centrifugal radial type.

Ductable -A hot air distribution system allows hot air to be spread via two ducts to better distribute heat or direct it towards an adjacent space (maximum distance 1.5 m).

Connectable - To connect a fresh air supply from a crawl space or the outside, or from an ambient air intake.

Combustion control kit (CCK) - This smart module allows the combustion to be adjusted based on numerous parameters: altitude, burner soiling, pellet quality. For more efficient combustion and easier maintenance. The clean glass system helps slow down the soiling of the glass. An air flow is directed along the glass to burn gases and soot responsible for blackening the windows.

Chrono-thermostat - 4 weekly programs - The chrono-thermostat allows precise programming of the insert according to needs and lifestyle habits.

- 3 operating temperatures: comfort, normal, economical,
- programming of the device's switch-on and switch-off times,
- Programming of the insert over 24 hours in 30-minute intervals. You can choose either to turn off the device or select one of the three set temperatures,
- It is possible to save a specific programming for each day of the week.

Stand-by Function - the device goes into standby when the set temperature is reached and restarts automatically if needed.

Connection to External Thermostat - it is possible to connect a remote thermostat through a simple connection to a plug on the electronic board.

Remote Control Panel - The panel for controlling the OH12 fireplace can be installed up to 6 m away from the device.

The OH12 is delivered with the necessary accessories for its installation (external connection, hot air ducting...):

Frequently asked questions about this product

Fit, returns, compatibility, who we are, and what the price covers on accessories.

Does this accessory fit my appliance?

Check the compatible models listed on this page or in the maker's spare-parts diagram. Wifi modules, frames, air kits, and benches are often brand- and series-specific even when they look universal.

Email the stove model and serial plate photo to [email protected] if the listing is ambiguous. Guessing the wrong frame or wifi card wastes a week in returns.

Can I return it if the size is wrong?

Unused accessories in resalable condition can usually follow our returns process within the period stated in the terms, provided they were not specially ordered as non-stock. Opened electrical modules and cut flue parts are harder.

Measure twice against the datasheet before you open sealed kits. Carriage on returns may be yours unless we sent the wrong SKU.

Who sells and ships this product?

The seller is Perth Stove Centre Ltd, a company registered in Perth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. We trade as a specialist hearth and solid-fuel retailer: we hold stock, prepare orders, and ship the reference shown on this page. We are not a marketplace listing other people's inventory. Registered office, company number, and contractual terms are in our legal notice.

You buy on thestovecentre.com, pay by card before dispatch, and we deliver to the mainland UK address on your order confirmation. No walk-in counter, no depot collection, and no cash or card payment to the driver. Sizing, lead times, or access questions before checkout: [email protected].

Is the product new?

What you see here is normally current manufacturer stock, supplied new and in the maker's factory packaging when the factory still provides one. Ex-display, end-of-line, or refurbished lines are uncommon on this catalogue; when they do appear, the product page states that in plain words in the description.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if the goods arrive faulty or not as described. Keep the email confirmation and invoice. Where the manufacturer publishes a warranty for this reference, that warranty sits alongside for eligible parts under the maker's own registration rules and time limits.

How do you explain the displayed price?

Parts and accessories are priced as the specific reference on this page, often from maker stock rotations or end-of-line batches while remaining new.

Small parts usually ship with the same appliance freight rules when ordered with a stove. Alone, checkout shows the shipping line before payment. Fuels never pull the order into free appliance delivery.

Will a wifi or control module work with my exact software version?

Makers revise boards and app firmware. The module on this page is the current spare for the listed series; older stoves sometimes need a different revision.

Send us the appliance model and, if you have it, the electronics board code from the manual or sticker. We would rather confirm than ship a module that pairs with nothing.

Do you fit frames, benches, or air kits?

No. We supply the part. Mechanical fitting, electrical isolation, and any flue or duct changes stay with your installer or a competent technician.

Forced-air kits in particular need correct duct sizing and fire-safe routing; that is not a carton-open DIY if you lack the skill.

What if the part arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer packaging and the part before you discard the box, note the delivery paperwork, and email us within 48 hours with the order number. That is the same evidence path we use for stove crates.

Do not install a bent frame or a cracked ceramic side and then claim later; fitting destroys the return route.

  1. Charlotte N. –

Support answered by email the same day about flue diameter. Goods only — we used a local fitter.

  2. Sarah M. –

Missed the side clearance on the product page. Had to move a cupboard. Our mistake.

  3. Thomas B. –

Ash stays low if I keep a medium flame. Controls clear after one evening.
