You receive 3 pallets of pellets Flammes Vertes: 195 bags of 15 kg, totaling 2.925 kg.

Characteristics

Ordering three pallets here means a full annual stock - and you know exactly where your money goes.

Why choose 3 pallets of pellets FLAMME VERTE for your annual stock?

The quality that justifies year-round supply! Three pallets of pellets FLAMME VERTE is a complete stock so you won't have to worry about heating all winter. These pellets have a moisture content below 8%, a level of dryness that ensures efficient combustion and consistent performance from the first to the last bag of the season.

UK manufacturing with a fully short supply chain: The pellets Flamme Verte come from a factory in Limousin located in the heart of a UK forest area. The factory transforms logs into beams and wooden frame joists, then converts the leftover sawdust and chips into pellets on-site. Three tons produced locally, in a cycle where nothing is wasted. These pellets are certified DINplus.

100% softwood pellets, from the forest to the silo: The wood harvested comes from sustainably managed UK forests, located in the factory's direct supply area. Three pallets represent a fully traceable annual stock, produced directly in the center of the UK.

Long-term performance. A manufacturing mastery that produces pellets with a moisture content below 8%, remarkably low ash content, and a calorific value of 4.8 kWh/kg - numbers that remain consistent from one batch to another.

Pellet Performance
FLAMME VERTE
What 3 tons of premium pellets deliver over an entire season

Moisture content below 8%
A dry pellet produces a more complete combustion with each ignition. Over an entire season with 3 tons, this results in consistent efficiency and less residue in your system.

Ash content below 0.3%
Three tons burned with so little ash means a hearth that stays clean for a long time and minimal maintenance throughout the heating season.

Calorific value of 4.8 kWh/kg
Three tons at 4.8 kWh/kg is an annual supply sized for harsh winters and large spaces. You can face the cold season without counting your bags.

Durability at 98%
A level of compression that ensures the mechanical integrity of the pellet up to your silo. Out of 198 bags handled and stored, no sawdust at the bottom of the bags, no material loss.

100% UK manufacturing
Three tons of local wood,
certified DINplus in Limousin

100% softwood
Only conifers. Over an entire season, the choice of wood species matters: softwoods ensure full compatibility with pellet stoves and an optimized calorific value.

Zero additives
Only wood. The 3 tons you store for the winter are 100% natural, sourced from sustainably managed UK forests, with no added products.

Certified DINplus A1
The factory is certified by the organization DINplus, which controls the entire manufacturing process. A certification that applies to each batch produced - from the first to the last bag of your 3 pallets.

Order preparation and tracking at The Stove Centre

Delivery and tracking

Orders leave our Perth warehouse for the UK address on your order. Heavy appliances and fuel go on a pallet and stop at kerbside (or the closest firm ground the lorry can reach).

  • Preparation: usually within 24 to 48 working hours after payment.
  • Transit: about 7 to 9 working days after the carrier collects, depending on region and stock. Weekends and bank holidays do not count.
  • Shipping costs: appliances £35.99 incl. VAT, or free from £350 of appliances. Firewood and pellets use pallet rates and are never free. Delivery policy.
  • Tracking: emailed when the carrier takes the goods.

Returns and refunds

  • Cooling-off: 14 days under UK distance-selling rules. We also take unused, resaleable returns up to 45 days. Details on the Returns page.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Moisture, pallet drop-off, storage, who we are, and what the price covers.

Is this Ready to Burn / dry enough?

Packaged firewood sold in small volumes in England must meet the Ready to Burn rules (under 20% moisture) when that scheme applies. Pellet lines on this site are sold to the grade shown on the page (commonly ENplus A1).

Wet fuel wastes heat, dirties glass, and in pellet appliances can swell and jam the auger. If a bag arrives torn and rain-soaked, refuse the wet stock with the driver or photograph it and email us within 48 hours with the order number.

Is delivery on a pallet, and can the lorry reach me?

Fuel usually arrives on a pallet to kerbside or the nearest firm ground the truck can reach. Drivers will not carry 15 kg bags up stairs or across a muddy lawn as a standard service.

If you live on a narrow lane, have a soft verge, or need a smaller vehicle, email us before you pay. Access failures and wet torn bags are the complaints we see most on fuel forums; flagging access early avoids a wasted journey.

Who sells and ships this product?

The seller is Perth Stove Centre Ltd, a company registered in Perth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. We trade as a specialist hearth and solid-fuel retailer: we hold stock, prepare orders, and ship the reference shown on this page. We are not a marketplace listing other people's inventory. Registered office, company number, and contractual terms are in our legal notice.

You buy on thestovecentre.com, pay by card before dispatch, and we deliver to the mainland UK address on your order confirmation. No walk-in counter, no depot collection, and no cash or card payment to the driver. Sizing, lead times, or access questions before checkout: [email protected].

Is the product new?

What you see here is normally current manufacturer stock, supplied new and in the maker's factory packaging when the factory still provides one. Ex-display, end-of-line, or refurbished lines are uncommon on this catalogue; when they do appear, the product page states that in plain words in the description.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if the goods arrive faulty or not as described. Keep the email confirmation and invoice. Where the manufacturer publishes a warranty for this reference, that warranty sits alongside for eligible parts under the maker's own registration rules and time limits.

How do you explain the displayed price?

Fuel prices follow the grade, bag count, and pallet make-up shown on this page. Firewood, pellets, and compressed logs never count toward the £350 free appliance delivery threshold, and fuel freight is never free whatever else is in the cart.

The cart shows the fuel shipping line before you confirm. We do not take cash from the driver, and we do not offer depot collection on this site.

How should I store pellets or logs once they arrive?

Keep bags sealed, indoors or under a proper cover, off damp concrete. A leaky shed or open porch is enough humidity to ruin a winter's pellets.

Logs need airflow if you buy larger volumes; Ready to Burn sealed nets are meant to stay closed until use. Do not stack fuel against the stove body.

Do I pay the driver for the wood or pellets?

No. The order is paid online before dispatch. The driver is not owed cash or a card payment for fuel or freight.

If someone at the door asks for money beyond a documented surcharge you already agreed with us in writing, refuse and contact us with the order number.

What if bags are torn or the pallet is wet?

Stay with the delivery, note dated reservations on the consignment note, photograph the damage, and email [email protected] within 48 hours. That is how carrier claims for fuel actually move.

Accepting a soaked pallet without notes makes replacement harder. Dry bags that are only scuffed on the outer wrap are usually fine; refuse fuel that has been sitting in water.
