Ready to Burn — suitable for UK domestic heating when stored dry.

Characteristics

Three pallets ordered here is a complete annual supply - and you know exactly where your money is going.

Why choose 3 pallets of premium Pellets for your annual stock?

Three pallets of premium Pellets is an annual stock made up of 100% coniferous pellets from the Pyrenees, made from sawdust and chips from Pyrenean sawmills and carpentry shops located directly near the factory. A short, local, and certified DINplus supply chain. With a measured moisture content of 8%, these 189 bags provide a consistent and efficient burn from the beginning to the end of the season.

A UK production on a human scale, anchored in the Pyrenean massif, which controls every step of the manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality batch after batch, all year round.

The PEFC certification of these pellets guarantees that the wood used for their production comes from sustainably managed forests. With three pallets stored for the winter, you heat your home while contributing to the long-term preservation of the Pyrenean forest resource.

The performance of the pellets
premium PELLETS
What 3 pallets of Pyrenean pellets provide over an entire season

Moisture content below 8%
Over an entire season with 189 bags, a pellet with 8% moisture produces complete combustion with each ignition. Less energy wasted, more heat released into your room.

Ash content below 0.65%
Three burned pallets with such a low ash content, it's a hearth that stays clean for a long time and maintenance is minimized throughout the heating year.

Thermal capacity of 4.5 kWh/kg
Three pallets at 4.5 kWh/kg is an annual supply sized to heat a well-insulated house without having to count its bags during winter.

Durability at 98.4%
A high level of compression that ensures the mechanical integrity of the pellet. Out of 189 handled and stored bags, the pellet retains its shape and does not generate sawdust in your silo.

The manufacturing quality of premium PELLETS
Three pallets of Pyrenean wood,
a local supply chain on a human scale

100% softwood
Only coniferous trees from the UK Pyrenees. Over an entire season, the choice of species matters: these local conifers ensure complete compatibility with pellet stoves and a consistent heating value.

Zero additives
Only wood. The 3 pallets you store for the winter are 100% natural, coming from PEFC-certified Pyrenean forests under sustainable management. No chemicals, no binders.

Certified DINplus
The factory is certified by the DINPLUS organization, which audits the entire manufacturing process. A certification that covers every batch produced - from the first to the last of the 189 bags of your 3 pallets.

Delivery and shipping

Order preparation and tracking at The Stove Centre

Delivery and tracking

Orders leave our Perth warehouse for the UK address on your order. Heavy appliances and fuel go on a pallet and stop at kerbside (or the closest firm ground the lorry can reach).

  • Preparation: usually within 24 to 48 working hours after payment.
  • Transit: about 7 to 9 working days after the carrier collects, depending on region and stock. Weekends and bank holidays do not count.
  • Shipping costs: appliances £35.99 incl. VAT, or free from £350 of appliances. Firewood and pellets use pallet rates and are never free. Delivery policy.
  • Tracking: emailed when the carrier takes the goods.

Returns and refunds

  • Cooling-off: 14 days under UK distance-selling rules. We also take unused, resaleable returns up to 45 days. Details on the Returns page.
  • Refund: started after we receive and check the return.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Moisture, pallet drop-off, storage, who we are, and what the price covers.

Is this Ready to Burn / dry enough?

Packaged firewood sold in small volumes in England must meet the Ready to Burn rules (under 20% moisture) when that scheme applies. Pellet lines on this site are sold to the grade shown on the page (commonly ENplus A1).

Wet fuel wastes heat, dirties glass, and in pellet appliances can swell and jam the auger. If a bag arrives torn and rain-soaked, refuse the wet stock with the driver or photograph it and email us within 48 hours with the order number.

Is delivery on a pallet, and can the lorry reach me?

Fuel usually arrives on a pallet to kerbside or the nearest firm ground the truck can reach. Drivers will not carry 15 kg bags up stairs or across a muddy lawn as a standard service.

If you live on a narrow lane, have a soft verge, or need a smaller vehicle, email us before you pay. Access failures and wet torn bags are the complaints we see most on fuel forums; flagging access early avoids a wasted journey.

Who sells and ships this product?

The seller is Perth Stove Centre Ltd, a company registered in Perth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. We trade as a specialist hearth and solid-fuel retailer: we hold stock, prepare orders, and ship the reference shown on this page. We are not a marketplace listing other people's inventory. Registered office, company number, and contractual terms are in our legal notice.

You buy on thestovecentre.com, pay by card before dispatch, and we deliver to the mainland UK address on your order confirmation. No walk-in counter, no depot collection, and no cash or card payment to the driver. Sizing, lead times, or access questions before checkout: [email protected].

Is the product new?

What you see here is normally current manufacturer stock, supplied new and in the maker's factory packaging when the factory still provides one. Ex-display, end-of-line, or refurbished lines are uncommon on this catalogue; when they do appear, the product page states that in plain words in the description.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if the goods arrive faulty or not as described. Keep the email confirmation and invoice. Where the manufacturer publishes a warranty for this reference, that warranty sits alongside for eligible parts under the maker's own registration rules and time limits.

How do you explain the displayed price?

Fuel prices follow the grade, bag count, and pallet make-up shown on this page. Firewood, pellets, and compressed logs never count toward the £350 free appliance delivery threshold, and fuel freight is never free whatever else is in the cart.

The cart shows the fuel shipping line before you confirm. We do not take cash from the driver, and we do not offer depot collection on this site.

How should I store pellets or logs once they arrive?

Keep bags sealed, indoors or under a proper cover, off damp concrete. A leaky shed or open porch is enough humidity to ruin a winter's pellets.

Logs need airflow if you buy larger volumes; Ready to Burn sealed nets are meant to stay closed until use. Do not stack fuel against the stove body.

Do I pay the driver for the wood or pellets?

No. The order is paid online before dispatch. The driver is not owed cash or a card payment for fuel or freight.

If someone at the door asks for money beyond a documented surcharge you already agreed with us in writing, refuse and contact us with the order number.

What if bags are torn or the pallet is wet?

Stay with the delivery, note dated reservations on the consignment note, photograph the damage, and email [email protected] within 48 hours. That is how carrier claims for fuel actually move.

Accepting a soaked pallet without notes makes replacement harder. Dry bags that are only scuffed on the outer wrap are usually fine; refuse fuel that has been sitting in water.
