Ready to Burn — suitable for UK domestic heating when stored dry.
You receive 2 pallets: 132 bags of 15 kg (1.980 kg).
CharacteristicsTwo pallets ordered here, that's two tons of wood energy - and you know exactly where your money goes.
Why order ECO BOIS ENERGIE pellets in a batch of 2 pallets?
Quality, in stock to last the whole season! The technical performance of ECO BOIS ENERGIE is above standards: moisture content between 6 and 8%, whereas ENplus A1 and DINplus only require less than 10%. Two pallets of these pellets, that's a season covered with a fuel that gives its best with every ignition.
ECO BOIS ENERGIE is made in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes: The pellets come from a production line located in this region, supplied exclusively by wood from sustainably managed UK forests. Two tons produced here, just a few hundred kilometers from your home.
A DINplus certification: The certification attests to the premium quality of the pellet. And ECO BOIS ENERGIE goes further than what the standard requires: the specifications measured in production are systematically better than the DINplus thresholds.
100% coniferous pellet: The species used are exclusively coniferous, which guarantees optimal compatibility with boilers and pellet stoves on the market, and a slightly higher calorific value than hardwood pellets of the same weight.
The performance of ECO BOIS ENERGIE pellets
Specifications above standards for two tons that really heat
Moisture content between 6 and 8% - ENplus requires less than 10%
A drier pellet burns better. Over two tons consumed in the season, this dryness results in better efficiency and fewer deposits in your system.
Ash content below 0.5% - the standard is 0.7%
Few ashes means less cleaning and proof that the combustion is efficient. Over two burned pallets, it's a tangible time saving in maintenance.
Thermal capacity of 4.9 kWh/kg
Two tons at 4.9 kWh/kg is a comfortable amount of heat to cover a medium-sized house throughout the cold season.
Durability over 98%
Above what ENplus and DINplus require. A pellet that mechanically resists transport and handling arrives intact in your silo - without sawdust at the bottom of the bags.
100% UK Manufacturing
Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes:
a DINplus certified factory
100% softwood
Softwood species guarantee full compatibility with certified appliances and release slightly more energy than hardwood pellets. A technically conscious choice.
Zero additives
100% wood, 100% natural. No binder, no chemicals. The two tons you receive come from sustainably managed UK forests, nothing else.
Certified DINplus
The factory is audited and certified by DINcerto. A certification that covers the manufacturing process - not just the finished product - to ensure consistent quality batch after batch.

Frequently asked questions about this product
Moisture, pallet drop-off, storage, who we are, and what the price covers.
Is this Ready to Burn / dry enough?
Packaged firewood sold in small volumes in England must meet the Ready to Burn rules (under 20% moisture) when that scheme applies. Pellet lines on this site are sold to the grade shown on the page (commonly ENplus A1).
Wet fuel wastes heat, dirties glass, and in pellet appliances can swell and jam the auger. If a bag arrives torn and rain-soaked, refuse the wet stock with the driver or photograph it and email us within 48 hours with the order number.
Is delivery on a pallet, and can the lorry reach me?
Fuel usually arrives on a pallet to kerbside or the nearest firm ground the truck can reach. Drivers will not carry 15 kg bags up stairs or across a muddy lawn as a standard service.
If you live on a narrow lane, have a soft verge, or need a smaller vehicle, email us before you pay. Access failures and wet torn bags are the complaints we see most on fuel forums; flagging access early avoids a wasted journey.
Who sells and ships this product?
The seller is Perth Stove Centre Ltd, a company registered in Perth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. We trade as a specialist hearth and solid-fuel retailer: we hold stock, prepare orders, and ship the reference shown on this page. We are not a marketplace listing other people's inventory. Registered office, company number, and contractual terms are in our legal notice.
You buy on thestovecentre.com, pay by card before dispatch, and we deliver to the mainland UK address on your order confirmation. No walk-in counter, no depot collection, and no cash or card payment to the driver. Sizing, lead times, or access questions before checkout: [email protected].
Is the product new?
What you see here is normally current manufacturer stock, supplied new and in the maker's factory packaging when the factory still provides one. Ex-display, end-of-line, or refurbished lines are uncommon on this catalogue; when they do appear, the product page states that in plain words in the description.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if the goods arrive faulty or not as described. Keep the email confirmation and invoice. Where the manufacturer publishes a warranty for this reference, that warranty sits alongside for eligible parts under the maker's own registration rules and time limits.
How do you explain the displayed price?
Fuel prices follow the grade, bag count, and pallet make-up shown on this page. Firewood, pellets, and compressed logs never count toward the £350 free appliance delivery threshold, and fuel freight is never free whatever else is in the cart.
The cart shows the fuel shipping line before you confirm. We do not take cash from the driver, and we do not offer depot collection on this site.
How should I store pellets or logs once they arrive?
Keep bags sealed, indoors or under a proper cover, off damp concrete. A leaky shed or open porch is enough humidity to ruin a winter's pellets.
Logs need airflow if you buy larger volumes; Ready to Burn sealed nets are meant to stay closed until use. Do not stack fuel against the stove body.
Do I pay the driver for the wood or pellets?
No. The order is paid online before dispatch. The driver is not owed cash or a card payment for fuel or freight.
If someone at the door asks for money beyond a documented surcharge you already agreed with us in writing, refuse and contact us with the order number.
What if bags are torn or the pallet is wet?
Stay with the delivery, note dated reservations on the consignment note, photograph the damage, and email [email protected] within 48 hours. That is how carrier claims for fuel actually move.
Accepting a soaked pallet without notes makes replacement harder. Dry bags that are only scuffed on the outer wrap are usually fine; refuse fuel that has been sitting in water.

Ordered two pallets; both intact. Scheduling email was clear.
