Ready to Burn — suitable for UK domestic heating when stored dry.

Features

Three pallets ordered here represent a full annual supply - and money that goes directly to the wood, not to anything else.

Why choose 3 pallets of ECO BOIS ENERGIE pellets for your annual stock?

Quality, for an entire year without any bad surprises! With a moisture content between 6 and 8%, ECO BOIS ENERGIE exceeds the ENplus A1 and DINplus requirements (less than 10% required). Over three pallets consumed in a year, this quality translates into consistent performance, clean combustion, and minimal maintenance.

ECO BOIS ENERGIE is made in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes: Three tons of pellets produced in a UK factory, from wood from UK forests certified for sustainable management. A short supply chain, real traceability, a controlled carbon footprint throughout the entire heating season.

A DINplus certification: The factory is certified by DINcerto, the independent organization that issues DINplus certifications. Each batch produced is checked according to the same standards - the 198 bags of your 3 pallets come from the same rigorous process.

A 100% softwood pellet: Exclusively softwood, this pellet offers the best compatibility with all certified appliances, and releases slightly more energy per equal mass than a hardwood pellet. An advantage that matters when heating for an entire season.

Pellet performance
ECO BOIS ENERGIE
What 3 tons of pellets above standard deliver

Moisture content between 6 and 8% - well below the required 10%
Over an entire season, pellets this dry produce more complete combustion in each cycle. Less energy lost to evaporation, more heat released into your room.

Ash content below 0.5% - the standard allows up to 0.7%
Three tons burned over the year with so little ash means an ash tray emptied less often and a firebox that stays cleaner for longer.

Thermal capacity of 4.9 kWh/kg
Three tons at 4.9 kWh/kg is a stock sized for harsh winters and large areas to heat. You face the cold season without anxious calculations.

Durability over 98%
The mechanical resistance of the pellet ensures that it arrives intact in your silo, even after handling 198 bags. No sawdust, no material loss - every kilogram ordered is a kilogram burned.

100% UK Manufacturing
Three tons of local wood,
a DINplus certified factory

100% softwood
Over a heating year, the choice of species has a real impact. Softwoods offer full compatibility with certified devices and a slightly higher efficiency than hardwood pellets.

Zero additives
Just wood. The 3 tons you store are 100% natural - no binder, no chemical. Wood from certified UK forests, nothing else.

Certified DINplus
The DINplus certification is awarded to the factory by DINcerto, not just to the product. Regardless of the batch, the quality is checked according to the same requirements - from the first to the last of the 198 bags.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Moisture, pallet drop-off, storage, who we are, and what the price covers.

Is this Ready to Burn / dry enough?

Packaged firewood sold in small volumes in England must meet the Ready to Burn rules (under 20% moisture) when that scheme applies. Pellet lines on this site are sold to the grade shown on the page (commonly ENplus A1).

Wet fuel wastes heat, dirties glass, and in pellet appliances can swell and jam the auger. If a bag arrives torn and rain-soaked, refuse the wet stock with the driver or photograph it and email us within 48 hours with the order number.

Is delivery on a pallet, and can the lorry reach me?

Fuel usually arrives on a pallet to kerbside or the nearest firm ground the truck can reach. Drivers will not carry 15 kg bags up stairs or across a muddy lawn as a standard service.

If you live on a narrow lane, have a soft verge, or need a smaller vehicle, email us before you pay. Access failures and wet torn bags are the complaints we see most on fuel forums; flagging access early avoids a wasted journey.

Who sells and ships this product?

The seller is Perth Stove Centre Ltd, a company registered in Perth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. We trade as a specialist hearth and solid-fuel retailer: we hold stock, prepare orders, and ship the reference shown on this page. We are not a marketplace listing other people's inventory. Registered office, company number, and contractual terms are in our legal notice.

You buy on thestovecentre.com, pay by card before dispatch, and we deliver to the mainland UK address on your order confirmation. No walk-in counter, no depot collection, and no cash or card payment to the driver. Sizing, lead times, or access questions before checkout: [email protected].

Is the product new?

What you see here is normally current manufacturer stock, supplied new and in the maker's factory packaging when the factory still provides one. Ex-display, end-of-line, or refurbished lines are uncommon on this catalogue; when they do appear, the product page states that in plain words in the description.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if the goods arrive faulty or not as described. Keep the email confirmation and invoice. Where the manufacturer publishes a warranty for this reference, that warranty sits alongside for eligible parts under the maker's own registration rules and time limits.

How do you explain the displayed price?

Fuel prices follow the grade, bag count, and pallet make-up shown on this page. Firewood, pellets, and compressed logs never count toward the £350 free appliance delivery threshold, and fuel freight is never free whatever else is in the cart.

The cart shows the fuel shipping line before you confirm. We do not take cash from the driver, and we do not offer depot collection on this site.

How should I store pellets or logs once they arrive?

Keep bags sealed, indoors or under a proper cover, off damp concrete. A leaky shed or open porch is enough humidity to ruin a winter's pellets.

Logs need airflow if you buy larger volumes; Ready to Burn sealed nets are meant to stay closed until use. Do not stack fuel against the stove body.

Do I pay the driver for the wood or pellets?

No. The order is paid online before dispatch. The driver is not owed cash or a card payment for fuel or freight.

If someone at the door asks for money beyond a documented surcharge you already agreed with us in writing, refuse and contact us with the order number.

What if bags are torn or the pallet is wet?

Stay with the delivery, note dated reservations on the consignment note, photograph the damage, and email [email protected] within 48 hours. That is how carrier claims for fuel actually move.

Accepting a soaked pallet without notes makes replacement harder. Dry bags that are only scuffed on the outer wrap are usually fine; refuse fuel that has been sitting in water.
